>> Subscription Form with Debit Order Authorisation.
>> Subscription Form with Credit Card Authorisation.

Please also initial the following documents:

>> Terms and Conditions of Service.
>> Call Rates.

Kindly note that we only accept payment via automatic payment order against a bank account or credit card. Manual payments (including EFTs, cash, cheques and direct deposits) are not permitted. If you reside outside of South Africa or the service is to be used outside of South Africa, please contact us to discuss the service before completing any subscription form.
