  • Choose between a geographic or non-geographic telephone number or keep your main telephone numbers when you port to Switch Telecom.
  • Use the Switch Telecom Mobile Softphone free of charge with your Unlimited VoIP Solution.
  • Hosted Switchboard clients have access to our free Browser-Based Softphone as well.

  • Outbound Call Centres are excluded from all Unlimited VoIP Solutions.
  • Unlimited VoIP Solutions may not be used for the aggregation of calls pertaining to multiple unrelated parties.
  • International calls not included in the Unlimited offering are billed in accordance with Switch Telecom’s published Package 1 Call Rate Tariff.
  • A fair usage policy will apply in cases of high usage and/or abuse of benefits.
  • Monthly fees are billed in advance.
