Notice of Upcoming Pricing Changes – 2026

We would like to inform our clients of an upcoming pricing adjustment that will affect certain Switch Telecom Solutions and their associated Monthly Service Fee.

Over the past 18 years, we have not increased our service fees. During this time, we absorbed rising supplier and operational costs through efficiencies and economies of scale. Even when VAT increased from 14% to 15%, we reduced our service fees to offset the change.

Due to sustained increases across the industry, a pricing adjustment has now become necessary to ensure we can continue delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.

Effective dates

The pricing changes will take effect as follows:

From the 1st of January 2026
The new pricing will apply to:

  • All new services.
  • Service upgrades or downgrades.
  • Any service amendments.

From 1st of March 2026
The new pricing will apply to:

  • All existing services.

All clients will receive formal notification of these changes on the 5th of January 2026.
